Refund Policy

Linkage Corporation guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If due to processing errors, not meeting any of your special requirements, or unable to complete the order in accordance with the delivery policy, the amount of your order will be refunded according to the following terms.

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• The original concept, idea or draft is rejected.
• No modification was requested to the original proposal.
• If you find content or draft stolen from a third party (in this case proof is required) to ask for the refund.
• You have selected a special package.
• The main design project or concept has been approved.
• Your order has been cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the company.
• You have not established any contact with the company for more than 2 weeks of the project.
• One or more company policies have been violated.
• You have been in contact with other companies for the similar projects.
• The creative briefing lacks the necessary information.
• A complete renovation has been requested.
• The claim has exceeded the time limit specified in the "reimbursement request".
• The company is closing, relocating, or changing its name.
• No refund will be given under any circumstances due to "change of mind", "change of mind", "disagreement with partners" or other non-service reasons.
• If a customer subscribes to a service package and is not satisfied with a specific service, the refund will only be valid for the specific service, and "not applicable" to the entire package.
• After 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
• Services including but not limited to social media, search engine optimization, domain name registration, and virtual hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
• For websites and applications, once the customer approves the design and submits the website or application for development, no refunds will be accepted.
• Animated films are approved or modified without refund.
• If the website has been developed and uploaded to a test link or the actual domain name or video has been uploaded to a video platform such as YouTube or the domain name used by the customer, no refund will be given. Linkage Corporation is only responsible for solving the problems (if and only if) the customers have subscribed to the support services.
• All refund requests should be reported to the support department. Linkage Corporation reserves the right to approve/reject your request based on individual circumstances based on the violation of your user agreement.

How To Request A Refund?

To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

1. Contact us to request a refund and explain your problem
2. We will try to resolve your issue immediately in accordance with our revised policy. Otherwise, please pass the email to send you a refund request approved by our refund department.

After reimbursement, Linkage Corporation will obtain your design rights and will not be able to display any version of the design / solution submitted by the company.

After you receive the refund, you will not have any rights to the design, the campaign work, content or any other things you have requested for (including animation videos and applications) submitted by Linkage Corporation and the information will be sent to the copyright acquisition of the copyright government agency to maintain legality.
